He is a graduate of Golden Gate Theological Seminary, and served on the staff of First Baptist Church of Modesto, California, for over 18 years. He feels called to help people anticipate this work of God in their own lives, as God grows them up into the very image of His Son. He and his wife, Nancy, have two grown children, Kati and Patrick. Mike is an avid golfer and dedicated sports fan, cheering for the Giants and 49’ers. He is currently in the process of painful sports transitions!
