MIKE MORAN

SENIOR PASTOR

Mike Moran, our Senior Pastor, was raised in Stockton, California, and moved to the Auburn area in 2009. He is a graduate of Golden Gate Theological Seminary, and served on the staff of First Baptist Church of Modesto, California, for over 18 years. Mike’s passion is to see life change in himself and others, trusting God to remove those things in life that cause us to accept mediocrity and the status quo. He feels called to help people anticipate this work of God in their own lives, as God grows them up into the very image of His Son. He and his wife, Nancy, have two grown children, Kati and Patrick. Mike is an avid golfer and dedicated sports fan, cheering for the Giants and 49’ers. He is currently in the process of painful sports transitions!


JEAN MILLIKEN

MINISTRY TEAM PASTOR

Jean is our Ministry Team Pastor. She has a passion to make fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ. She provides administration for our staff team, leadership development, and mobilization through communication and implementation of the strategic plans and vision of the Senior Pastor and Elders. Jean is also on the Teaching Team at Grace. Her hobbies include: attending Broadway productions, gardening, and reading. She enjoys camping, fishing, and hunting with her husband, Dan, and spending time with her extended family that live in the Pacific NW.


PAUL WARD

WORSHIP & ARTS PASTOR

Paul Ward is our Worship and Arts Pastor and has over 17 years of ministry experience leading people into the presence of God. He graduated from Yale in 1996. He has furthered his education at Calvin Theological Seminary and is nearing completion of an M.A. degree in Ministry Leadership from George Fox Evangelical Seminary. Paul and his wife, Kristen, have been married since 1996, and have three children: Emily, Ryan, and Amanda.


MARK BUCK

SMALL GROUPS ASSISTANT PASTOR & SERVICE TEAMS

Mark Buck provides leadership for Small Groups at Grace, as we strive to make disciples of Jesus Christ and help others to do the same. Mark is passionate about developing leaders and creating relational environments where people can intentionally grow in their love for God and for other people. Having served in many capacities at Grace, he loves helping ordinary folks develop their gifts and passions. Mark, and his wife, Kathy, have two grown children and five grandchildren. Mark has been a fire fighter for almost 28 years and enjoys flying, the outdoors, fly fishing, and naps.


DAN MILLER

COMMUNITY PASTOR

Dan Miller serves as an Associate Pastor of Adults. He joined the adult staff after serving for 13 years as our Middle School Pastor. He is most passionate about helping people live intentional lives for Jesus. Dan and his wife, Cora, have two children. He enjoys a variety of active outdoor activities with his family and friends, ranging from teaching his niece how to fly fish, to backpacking, hiking, skiing, and hunting.


RANDY FULTON

SENIOR ADULTS ASSISTANT PASTOR

Randy is our Pastor to Senior Adults. He is passionate about reaching out to all adults, equipping them to reach out beyond the walls of the church. Randy attended Dallas Bible College, graduating with his Bachelor of Theology. He served for 19 years as an Associate Pastor in Silverdale, WA, and Stanwood, WA, prior to coming to Grace. Randy enjoys disc golf, computers, reading, and hiking. Randy and his wife, June, have three grown children and five grandchildren.


BRIAN RAYBURN

STUDENT MINISTRIES ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Brian Rayburn, our Student Ministries Pastor, has a broad background working with students, having worked with youth groups of all sizes. He is passionate about fostering a community that seeks to expose students to Truth, allowing God’s revelation to transform their lives. Brian recently completed his Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Brian and his wife, Megan, are originally from Texas and relocated to the Seattle area in 2010. Both have been involved with student ministries for several years. Brian enjoys playing golf and hanging out at coffee shops.


KRISTI FAWVER

DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES

Kristi Fawver is our Children’s Ministry Director. She has been on staff at Grace working with kids and their families since 1998. Kristi is passionate about seeing kids come to know Jesus and grow in their walk with Him. She and her husband, Rick, are very busy raising their three kids and two dogs. Kristi really loves hanging out with her family and shopping, but not necessarily at the same time.


ESAU DEL ARCA

HISPANIC PASTOR

Esau Del Arca and his family were called to Grace to serve in the Hispanic ministry. Esau is originally from Honduras, where he served in music and youth ministries, and studied Theology. He and his family have lived for most of the past eight years in Washington State, leading Hispanic ministry. He and his wife, Erin, have been married since 2002 and have three children.
