Our culture is increasingly populated with Muslim families with whom we need to share the Gospel. Many Muslims in the U.S. desire friendships outside of the Muslim community. Mark Huffaker, who has lived half of his life in the Muslim world, will share insights that will help us befriend Muslims. He will present the historical background, beliefs, and practices of Muslims, and practical tools and strategies to build our confidence to develop friendships that share God’s love with Muslims.

If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time, when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before. GriefShare meets weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Material fee is $15. Led by Brian & Jackie Smith.
Little Books/Big Truths
Wednesdays • 9:30am • Began September 14
This is a study of five of the shortest Minor Prophet books of the Old Testament: Obadiah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, and Haggai. The study is from September 2016 through April 2017 and consists of three parts: homework study questions, interactive teaching and large group discussion, and applications shared in small group settings. These Little Books are often overlooked, ignored, and avoided. The perception may be that they are too hard, or they do not pertain to us in this day. You will be surprised to discover just how much they do pertain to us in our day! Come and join us for friendship, study, and growth. We are looking forward to getting to know those who God brings and to study with you God’s wondrous and life changing Word. Material fee is $5. Led by Johnnie Sue Forsberg.
Class Introduction (pdf) Class attendees are asked to print prior to class. This introduction contains study tips and questions to ponder and answer, as best you can, before the start of Bible Study. During our first day of class, we will have an interactive discussion to ask questions and expand our knowledge.
