STUDENT MINISTRIES
Middle School and High School are some of the most challenging times of life. Student Ministries is designed solely for youth, with the desire to see them connected to God, impacted by His Word, and equipped to share Him with their peers. There are Sunday programs, small groups, camps, and fun activities throughout the year.
GO Winter Retreat
February 3-5, 2012
Go Winter Retreat is like a slumber party on steroids! Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers, grades 6-12, will spend the weekend in a church member's home with other students in the same grade. You won't want to miss the late night games, worship gatherings, community service projects, and life-changing truth from God's Word! The cost is $65, for registrations paid through February 1. Brochures and registration forms are available at The Collective, the HUB, or online. Save the date and start telling your friends!
Stuff to bring to GO Winter Retreat:
- Bible – paper version, not phone version.
- Pen
- Notepad to take notes
- Snacks to share: Cookies, soda, chips, etc
- Sleeping bag
- Pillow
- Towel, washcloths & other toiletries
- Clothes for hanging out, sleeping, and mission projects (Outside, rain or shine, on Saturday. They will get dirty.)
- Free time stuff: games, cards, board games
The Collective
Note: Middle School Collective will NOT be meeting on Sunday, February 5, due to GO Retreat.
High School Collective meets every Wednesday night, 7:00-8:30pm, in the Chapel.
Middle School Collective meets every Sunday night, 7:00-8:30pm, in the Chapel.
Area Bible Studies (abs)
Note: Middle School ABS will NOT be meeting on Wednesday, February 8.
High School Lea Hill ABS meets at the Schmidt home, Monday nights, at 7:00pm.
High School Auburn ABS meets at the Kansanback home,Tuesday nights, at 7:00pm.
Middle School ABS meets at Grace, Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00pm.

All parents of Middle & High School students are invited. The goal of ParentLink is to provide tools for parents as they tend to the spiritual development of their children.

Drinking/drug issues and teens.
Come join our next ParentLink event for fellowship, fun, food, and more parenting tools! Melodie Kieswether will be sharing the current drug and alcohol influence that is impacting the culture our students are living in. She will provide tools to help you navigate these waters with your children. Even if your child is not dealing with this cultural influence directly, they likely have classmates that are, and they can help. RSVP to parentlink@gccauburn.net.
