Lakewold offers landscape architecture by Thomas Church, surrounded by over 900 rhododendrons, rare and native plants, 30 Japanese maples, and stunning statuary. A Washington State historic landmark Georgianstyle mansion and historic architecture complete the ten acres. Meet in the north parking lot of GCC at 9:15am, and return about 1:30pm. Join us in reaching out with love to the families in our community who have small children. We invite you to bring new and gently used clothing (sizes newborn to 5T), baby furniture, and toys—all to be placed in the crib in the lobby. (We are unable to accept any cribs manufactured before July, 2011.) Men, you are invited to the Grace Men’s Golf Tournament outreach event! Enjoy 18 holes of golf, fellowship, dinner, and prizes. Cost is $65 per player. After May 27, the cost is $70. The event is limited to 144 golfers–sign up individually or as a foursome. This is a great opportunity to invite a friend who doesn’t attend church. Not a golfer? STUDENT MINISTRIES MISSION TRIP - Mission Salt Lake

Mission Salt Lake is an inner city missions opportunity through the World Changers organization. Students will be serving underprivileged people through construction, personal evangelism, and living out their faith. Students who have completed 9th-12th grades during 2012 are eligible. Host families are needed for High School students from China and France this summer at Grace. Would you consider this opportunity to show them your American family and at the same time learn about their culture? It’s a wonderful opportunity to care for our world friends. Chinese students (July 16-July 30) will take classes M-F at Grace. French students (July 13-August 9) will not have classes and a family stipend will be offered. Children’s Ministries Summer Camp registration begins May 13 for kids going into 3rd-6th grades. A non–refundable deposit ($50) must be turned in with registration forms to reserve a spot. CELL PHONES FOR SOLDIERS
Cell Phones for Soldiers is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing deployed and returning troops cost-free methods to communicate with family while serving in the U.S. Military. Funds raised from the recycling of cellular phones are used to purchase calling cards that are distributed to those serving around the world. Please bring your used cell phones to the HUB on Sundays.
