I AM NEW

WORDS FROM PASTOR JESSE BRADLEY
WELCOME TO GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH!

Thanks for checking out our website! We invite you to join us at one of our weekend services. We also have a contact form online where you can request information or send comments to us.

We offer three weekend services in our Worship Center—Saturdays at 5:00pm, and Sundays at 9:00 and 10:45am. All three worship services offer the same message, same worship music, and same children’s environments for kids ages newborn through fifth grade. We recommend arriving about ten minutes before the service begins to allow time for parking. Look for the special signs in the parking lot for our first-time guests.

We also have our English-speaking worship service translated live into Spanish during each of our weekend services.

Whatever that next step is, it’s time to take a bold step of faith out of your comfort zone and discover what God has for you. We believe that you can’t go with God and stay where you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT

General Information

At Grace Community Church you can feel free to dress as casual or as formal as you like. We encourage you to come as you are. Our worship music offers you a variety of contemporary and modern styles that allow you the opportunity to have a meaningful and deeper experience worshiping and praising Jesus. Worship music at our weekend services is a catalyst for living a life of worship throughout the week.

What if I have questions about God, or it has been a long time since I’ve attended church?

We encourage you to join the Starting Point class. Starting Point is for people who are curious about God, Jesus, the Bible, or Christianity, as well as those who have just begun a relationship with Jesus. It is a conversational environment where people can explore faith and experience community. Starting Point is a safe place for people with questions about faith, as well as those who want to learn about the Bible and Christianity. Groups meet for ten weeks together. Material cost is $25.00 and registration is necessary to attend. Email Lisa at StartingPoint@graceinauburn.com.

What do you offer for children?

Grace Kids offers two environments at every weekend service – Preschool and Elementary. The Preschool environment is geared for children ages birth to preschool where everything they experience will invoke WONDER and help them embrace a God who is bigger than their imagination. Three basic truths are reinforced in fun and exciting ways: God Made Me, God Loves Me, Jesus Wants to be My Friend Forever. The Elementary environment is where elementary children go to DISCOVER the greatness and everlasting, unchanging love of God. Everything we do is aimed to help them experience who God designed them to be and encourage them to live out their faith! The Elementary environment reinforces 3 Basic Truths: I can trust God no matter what. I need to make the wise choice. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

What do you offer for middle school and high school students?

Anthem is our Sunday morning program for students.  We are teaching through the Bible using The Gospel Project.  Anthem is during the 9:00am worship service and held in the Chapel.

Collective is our Wednesday night program for students.  We tackle topics and investigate what the Bible has to say about those topics.  Collective for middle school is 6:30-8:00pm, Collective for high school is 7:00-8:30pm.  Both are held in the Chapel.

I’d like to make Grace my church home. What is my next step?

One of the first things we encourage you to do is to attend our membership class. This class will give you a good overview of who we are as a church family and will be helpful to you as you consider whether Grace will become your church home. Think of it as taking a test drive with a new car. You’ll get the opportunity to look under the hood by discovering what is important to us, how we function, and most importantly how you can serve Jesus with us!

The class normally take place on a Sunday morning and will be announced in our weekend bulletin. To help us plan effectively for each class, we ask that you register ahead of time at the Membership Counter in the main lobby.

For additional information about our membership class, please contact our membership at MembershipClass@Graceinauburn.com or 253.833.5660 ext. 229.
