How can I BLESS someone today?
And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed. – Genesis 12:2-3
God has saved you so that you will also seek people who do not know Jesus yet. Outreach can be very difficult and many Christians feel stuck in this aspect of their relationship with God. BLESS stories are all about building relationships and advancing God's kingdom. Jesus wants us to be intentional like Him. Who has God placed in your life? List your friends, relatives, acquaintances, co-workers and neighbors and consider how much God loves these people.
What does it look like to love your neighbors? You have an opportunity to Bless (begin with prayer, listen, eat, serve, and share) these people. Take time to write down how you can bless people this month in specific ways. Be faithful and trust God with the results. Faith ultimately is expressed through love.
